The following compares ground velocity in m/sec in the 0.05 - 0.2 Hz band for the Quebec Earthquake of 2010/06/23.
Each set of components is plotted to the same scale for easy comparison.
Note these are vertical, radial and transverse with respect to the earthquake source. The radial and transverse are derived from the NS and EW components. If there is a problem with either of the horizontals then both the radial and transverse will be affected.
Problems:
BLO accelerometer - especially the Z
OLIL accelerometer - horizontals are noisy
Responses look good as well as component orientations
