The building is named O'Neil Hall and it is located
at west of Grand Ave and on the south side of the street.
Please arrive about 0830 so that we can start at 0900 sharp
Class requirements are: One year of playing Rugby or successfully
attending the introduction to officiating course.
The requirements for level 1
certification are: CIPP membership, Referee and Laws membership,
Attendance at a level 1 class,
satisfactory completion within 90 days of a take home,
open book examination, and
payment of all fees
This course requires about 7 hours to complete.
This class will accept 10 future referees

USA Rugby has an online CIPP registration process now.

Member Registration (CIPP). You will need CIPP, Western dues, and
Referee and Laws Dues.
NASO is an organization that provides insurance for referees.

The requirements for Level I certification are:
a fee, CIPP, and class attendance.
The Level I course requires about 2 hours to complete.
The fee for Level I is $20.00.
The others another 2 to 4 hours. Anyone may attend the second two courses, though
only certified referees may apply the principles during a game.
The requirements for Level II and III and IV certification are:
a fee, CIPP, and class attendance.
The fee for level II and III and IV is $30.00
