"Compliance recordkeeping; review and comment on Proposed Regulations affecting the Facility; prepare compliance reports for various environmental agencies (Federal, State, local); prepare Environmental Permit Requests; audits of shop floor activities as a means to show compliance to a multitude of environmental regulations; develop or obtain alternate methods or equipment in the event of non-compliance; LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional for New Construction in the facility."

What's one of your interesting tasks?  "Integrat(ing) environmental excellence programs within the facility, such as recycling and Green Buildings ..."

Any advice for current undergraduates? "Perfect your writing and speaking skills.  Be able to speak to any audience.  Remove all 'filler' words such as 'like', 'you know', and 'um.'  Remember that you are always a student, even when you are the professional."
